“The Cotton of It All”: Teachers Consider Complex Historical Topics When Planning Field Trips

This study seeks to provide insights into how social studies teachers think about and plan for change when creating field trip curriculum incorporating complex historical topics during a summer teacher institute. A Project in Progress, the author seeks feedback on theoretical framing for this study.
