Serving As Leader “Otherwise” In Times of Educational Change

We share experiences (and perhaps hopes) from being in positions of leadership (e.g., Department Chairs, Professional Organization Board Chairs, etc.) in times of exponential educational change. We discuss ways in which leadership often has to work within systems of power/management but does not have to give into them entirely.
