Civics As Survivance

Erasure of Native Peoples is ongoing in New York City, settler colonialism was celebrated in pageants honoring land theft, monuments continue to forward erasure and mis-history. This research examines civics curriculum creation for Native presence with Lenape Center in New York City (Lenapehoking) and examines implementation of this curriculum.
