Civic Education For Youth With Disabilities (1990–2025): A Systematic Scoping Review

This systematic scoping review examines research on civic education for youth with disabilities in the United States from 1990–2025, from the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to the present. Twenty-three articles were analyzed through the lens of the civic opportunity gap to trace the recent literature.
