Negotiating Cultural Understanding Through A Multiliteracies Pedagogy: A Case Study of Transnational Youths In A Cultural Cuisine Project
This study explores how transnational youth construct cultural understanding through a multiliteracies-based Cultural Cuisine Project in a secondary Chinese language classroom. Drawing on interviews and multimodal artifacts, this work-in-progress examines emerging patterns of cultural meaning-making and seeks feedback on data analysis and theoretical framing.
