Can Leadership Really Be Liberatory? Justice-Orientations of Leadership In An Anti-Justice World

This project-in-progress explores our transition to leadership in higher education. We seek to examine how critical social studies and feminist pedagogies influence our positionality as women-in-leadership, while imagining futures that necessarily confront/dismantle workplaces that make us unwell (Benjamin, 2022), e.g. anti-CRT, business models in HE, and de-professionalization of teacher-work.
