Hoping The Outside Hears: A Statewide Survey On Social Studies Instructional Realities

This survey study explores teacher attitudes and beliefs about the current state of social studies instruction. Using policy realization (Ball, 2012) to frame our study, we examine how teachers are experiencing the heightened number of policies being enacted and what teachers would like to see from policy makers.
