Developing The 3 Rs: An Analysis of Ncss Conference Programs For Cosmopolitan Dispositions

This content analysis examines the extent to which a decade of NCSS conferences support the development of cosmopolitan dispositions among teachers. Using a theoretical framework that considers cosmopolitanism through respect, responsibility, and rootedness (Author, 2025), we find that many of the session descriptions emphasize teacher travel and a shallow approach.
