"These Are My People": Exploring and Understanding Teacher Community

Community is an important aspect of schools. Research focuses primarily on students, with limited research on teachers. Additionally, the current social/political climate impacts teacher community. In this qualitative study, social studies teachers and their work (n=4) were followed over the course of one year. Implications include impact of teacher community.
