A Survey of Social Studies Teacher Educators In The United States and Canada

Through a survey of 198 social studies teacher educators in the United States and Canada, the researcher found that while a majority of social studies teacher educators identify as critical and social justice-oriented, they tend to place a larger emphasis in their methods courses on inquiry and democratic citizenship.
